Ownership is defined in the project proposal. After full payment, all agreed deliverables including source code, documentation, and assets are transferred to the client, subject to third-party licenses, open-source dependencies, and retained pre-existing materials.

Payments & Billing

Yes. We issue professional invoices for all payments including GST-compliant invoices where applicable. Invoices include project details, payment terms, and transaction references. Receipts are provided upon payment confirmation.
No. All costs are clearly outlined in the project proposal before work begins. Any changes in scope are communicated and approved through a change-order process before additional work is undertaken. There are no surprise fees.
Support
How we help after launch.
Standard support requests are acknowledged within 24 hours on business days. Critical issues such as site downtime or security concerns are prioritized and addressed within a few hours. Response times are documented in the support agreement.
We provide support through email, a ticketing system, and scheduled video calls depending on the support package. Clients receive a dedicated contact and escalation path for urgent matters. Emergency contact information is provided for critical issues.
